This just in: Snow still here. Get my drift?

Every inch of my upper body is in pain.

Why, you ask? This, this is why:

Remember that snow from yesterday? Yeah, it’s still here.

I woke up early to dig out The Winter Car, in anticipation of being at the office bright and early to start my Monday off right (and with the Keurig there, and with the new K-cups I got for Christmas).

The office was closed.

I don’t think that has ever happened before. First, it was a delayed opening, elementary school-style. Then, I got the call before I even left  – apparently, there was just too much snow.

I agreed with that assessment.

So, I continued to shovel. At least it wasn’t too cold outside.

Well, it was pretty cold. But it could have been colder.

In any case, there is only so much shoveling one person can do. So, naturally, I decided to shoot a video snapshot of my day. Like, slideshow-esque. I needed to do something to escape the family. There has been way too much just enough together-time lately. Great timing, what with Christmas and all, blizzard!

It does have a certain Dr. Zhivago feel to it, huh? The snow? The music? The snow?
